They were always funny and I think Santana actually needs Rachel in some sense in the same way she needs Kurt. Of course there will be teasing just so there is no major change in their...whatever-ship they have, but I think Rachel and Santana would be fun to plot. Rachel will be what Santana needs when it comes to the whole "open minded and non-judgmental about being gay" deal.

Santana doesn't actually hate Kurt, she actually likes him. Sure he's a diva, but Kurt got the short end of the stick when he came out and watching that happen Santana doesn't think any less of him. I think Santana needs Kurt a lot more than she'd let up, after all she knows he'd be the first one to accept she's into girls.

Santana is a party girl, so the fact of drinking and fun will always be the factor to make them friends; however during school hours Santana will be annoyed with the sweet as sugar side of Gabrielle and maybe they'll be frienemies to an extent. They should be fun to plot out.

I think the banter between the two will be nothing short of hilarious due to Santana insulting and Blaine being the class act he is. I think Santana will know Blaine is onto her and try her hardest to throw him off her scent of what she really is and whatnot.
