If she wasn’t a girl and if she knew that Karofsky wasn’t doing twice her side, Mercedes would’ve jumped on him right now and then to shut the hell out of him. How did he dare to say things so freely? Especially about Quinn, he knew nothing about her and talking about such a touchy subject was more than low. She never had any appreciation for the male and she never would have. It’s not like he deserved any of hers; he tormented Kurt and now he was throwing his arrows at Quinn, as if nothing was the matter. She frowned seeing the tears pouring out of Quinn’s eyes and was glad that this guy whom she had seen talking to her friend was coming for her.
She would have to question Quinn about him, wondering about who he was but for now, it wasn’t the time. She grew offended at how he judged her religion so bad. Perhaps she could go and bust a window out of his cars, instead of doing that for Kurt’s, she should’ve done it to him. This guy was such a jerk; she couldn’t believe that Mr. Schue allowed him to join the club without any questions. She would tell the man about the little encounter they’ve had. Karofsky wasn’t going to have it easy and not only because of Quinn, but she vowed to give him hell mentally as well. He would pay back for everything he had done to the club, to the family.
She soon turned her attention to Quinn, ignoring Dave as he walked away. That ass, if only someone would hit him good and make him feel all the pain they had to endure because of him. “Don’t listen to that jerk, Quinn, you know you are worth better than him in every ways.” She tried to reassure her friend as best as she could as she rested a comforting hand onto her shoulder. “He tries to look tough with words, but I bet that he isn’t better than any of us deep down; his soul is rotten.” She said glaring at the giant’s back.

Dave saw the punch coming, it was whether or not he wanted to get hit or not which was the question. Whether he had underestimated the strenght of the boy in front of him. He decided to let it hit him and so did nothing to try and avoid the punch but while he was being punched his own meaty first was going for the other boys gut. He was not at all surprised to find that the punch hurt like a son of a bitch, it would smart for a while but nothing like his nose was throbbing. His smirk widened, if his first punch landed he would bring his fist in the bent over boys face. Dave could take his punches, but he did hope this kid had a glass jaw, the humiliation of being knocked out when your such a tough guy. Now that would be to good even for Dave's form.
"I'll be seeing you in practice ladies." Dave said when he was sure their was not further threat from the blond kid. "You know what I was doing this for me, but now I know I can get to you with words alone. No slushie is needed, see you later ladies." He said to them then he looked with complete disdain at the blond as if daring the blond to go that little bit further. The whole thing had gone unnoticed by the library staff or they had simply not cared enough to intervene with the meet head. Dave sauntered out of the library without a look back but he was humming pop goes the weasel.

Quinn tried to pull herself together and stop the tears; luckily for her, she just about managed to. The blonde looked back up, wiping away the wetness from her cheeks using her wrist. Then, she tried to refocus on what was actually happening, because for a minute she’d zoned out completely. She’d heard Mercedes’ kind words and she was glad she had a friend like her who she could still lean on, even though they hadn’t talked properly in a whole year. “Thank you, Mercedes.” She muttered, managing to keep her voice steady and unbroken. She shouldn’t have broken down like that at Dave’s words, she should’ve been stronger and she hadn’t. So, she was definitely not giving him anymore satisfaction than he’d already received.
Her eyes managed to focus back on the two boys, one of them she loved and the other she hated with every inch of her body. She just managed to see Max punch him, then Karofsky fire a punch back. He was way out of line and she swore to herself he was going to pay for all this, but not right now. She was too concerned about Max’s wellbeing to waste her time worrying over that meat bag. So, as soon as she saw Dave leave, the blonde’s eyes travelled back to Max. She could see that he was about to go after Karofsky again, but she knew that making the fight any bigger wouldn’t help things and both boys would probably end up getting hurt. She didn’t care at all about Dave, but she didn’t want Max getting injured in a fight with that Neanderthal. So, she quickly moved over to Max’s side and laid a hand on his shoulder. “Leave it Max, he’s not worth it.” She muttered, before moving from his side to standing in front of him. That way even if he didn’t want to let Dave go, he’d have to. Seriously, he’s just another worthless Lima Loser.”
[/b]She continued, hoping he’d just give it up so she could make sure he was okay. [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]
