personality:Will is a good example of an imperfect perfect. He tries to do whats right for his students without thinking it might also be the right thing for him. He's also a devoted person and will not give up till the very end.
appearance:When teaching, Will is the button down shirts/casual pants type of teacher. At home, its jeans and t-shirts. Despite what Sue says, he doesn't overly use hair products other than some gel here and there.
history: Will was born in Lima, Oh on Oct. 30, 1978. At an early age, he took an interest in music and started to perform small skits for his parents. As he grew his love of music did as well. When he hit high school, he was one of the leads in the glee choir and it was the best time of his life. He wanted to spread his passion with others but he was noticing that art funding was getting cut in schools so instead of being a music teacher he went into teaching Spanish.

One night while sleeping he had a dream. He was singing again only this time, he was the adult showing high school kids how its done. That was enough to wake him up and he decided to bring it up to Principal Figgins to revive the New Directions glee choir.
other: The choir lost at sectionals and placed 12 at regionals. Will knows they can win it all this year.
