Storm's Lead Female Audition

[Storm Calloway]

Storm looked down at her nails, they were more interesting than talking to anyone who was sitting around waiting to be a part of Vocal Adrenaline. It got her out of watching her sister, and honestly she didn't want to deal with Taylor today. Plus her brother was there so they can bond, who cares. Raising her pierced eyebrow at the so-called 'whispers' about her choice in hair streaks and dark clothing, Storm just sighed.

"You know ladies, there's nothing wrong with my sense of hearing but apparently there's something wrong with your brains you clods. I can hear everything you're saying and when I'm in Vocal Adrenaline and you're not, remind me to make your high school years a living hell. I'm pretty good at that" Storm spoke with a raised eyebrow and an evil smirk on her face. Her name was called and with a wink of her eye and a mean smile on her face she walked into the auditorium.

Her eyes saw no one in the auditorium, well except the man behind the legend, Jesse St. James. He seemed less than intrigued with her look. Placing her hands on her hips, Storm sighed and spoke clearly and loudly across the stage out to the empty seats. "The name is Storm Calloway. I'm auditioning for the open female lead" she spoke. "I'll be singing 'Jealous Guy' by one of my favorites John Lennon. I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it" Storm smirked before inhaling.

"I was dreaming of the past

Storm sang a little louder, her power coming out in her voice. Storm wanted this more than anything at this moment, not just for the supposed fame but for the fact that music was her life.

Storm ran her hands through her hair, straightening her posture and holding her heart. Storm had loved Broadway plays and had seen a few. Feeling like she had that moment like a Broadway star, her eyes caught Jesse's if even for a small second as she finished off the song.
