Summers could be so damn right boring in towns such as Westerville. They had none of the great things that LA or New York had, he had to admit though that this town did have a few very nice places to go and some very nice people in it. As he finished readying himself for a night out, he pulled his blackberry out of his pocket and sent a text to tell Jeremy he was leaving to come pick the other boy up.
He picked up his bowling bag which contained his bowling ball, thankful to his grandmother for buying something remotely useful to him when he lived in the states. Really who needed a kilt in the USA.
"I'm out see you later." He called as he opened the inner garage door and stepped into the space. A light above switching on automatically. He loved the new tech feel to the house. Not as much work to do in the house, which was high tech when they had brought it.
Soon enough he was at the Warner house hold, excited that he was going to see Jeremy for the first time since they had got back from their yearly summer trip to Ireland. He had a few things he was going to give Jeremy, momentos and nick nacks from Ireland. Stuff that he knew Jeremy wouldn't have an issue with, or at least he hoped that Jeremy wouldn't have an issue with. He climbed out of the car and headed up the path to the house ringing the door bell he waited.
Jeremy's mom opened the door and they shared a smile, "Jeremy." The woman called up the stairs. "Come in Jade he'll be here shortly." She said to him.
"Thank you ma'am." He replied.

It hadn't been that long but Jeremy was more than excited to have Jade back from Ireland and a night of bowling was going to be a nice welcome.
He took a quick shower and looked presentable. He picked out a couple of shirts, compared the two, and decided on the black t-shirt. Someone had said it made him look more muscular. That was always a plus. He put on his jeans and tennis shoes as his mother called up to him.
"Be right down!" He made one last check in the mirror, he had skipped shaving, but then the small amount of growth wasn't terribly noticeable. He bound down the stairs quickly and grinned ear to ear seeing Jade.
He went over to him with arms open wide. "Welcome home, you have no idea how much I missed you!"

Jade smiled as he hugged Jeremy leaning up slightly to press a kiss to the other boys lips. "I think I have some idea." Jade said to him grinning as he pulled back. "The last week of the holiday I spent much of it trying to convince my parents into letting me use, the private jet to come home. Grandfather was his usual self." Jade said to him which meant that it had been a trying holiday by the end of it all. "You are in one piece I am relieved to see, is your sister likewise in one piece?" He asked.
"Next time you come over, I have some stuff I brought back for you from Ireland." Jade said to him. "Its really good to be home and in the company of someone I don't wish to kill." Jade said to Jeremy. The flight home was almost as bad for Jade as the holiday itself.
"How's your summer been?" He asked.

Jeremy had missed Jade's kisses, the lips were always soft and tender. He smiled at Jade, hearing about his "adventures" on the trip. "I swear, I'll never understand your grandfather, I guess when you live in the old country you stay with old country ideas." He held Jade's hand, a freedom Jade did have in Ireland. "The next time your parent's get one of those ideas for a big family holiday like that, come over here and I'll hide you. My family likes you, they'd go for it." He laughed. "Yes I am in one piece, and never better. Yes, Julia is also in one piece." "Oooohhh presents, I love presents!" Jeremy clapped lightly and seemed light hearted at the idea. "I'm just glad your back here, in my arms." Jeremy couldn't help himself kissed Jade again. "I can't get tired of that, not in forever. "Summers been good, we took a trip to California. Julia is wanting to go to college out there so after seeing UCLA, dad treated all of us to a few days at Disneyland." He blushed slightly. "Figured make both kids happy at the same time." He was a Disneyphile, there was no denying that. "I got something for you as well, its nothing major or anything but I thought it was like us perfectly." He reached into his pocket and pulled out a pin of Chip n Dale laughing together. "I won't claim one character over the other." pin image:

Jade smiled, "Yeah I am pretty sure he'll never understannd us, the feeling is mutual and my cousin is in the same boat as we are. Except he lives in the same country as my grandfather and his parents are a lot stricter than mine." Jade said to him with a smile on his face. "I'm going to take you up on that you know that right." Jade said to Jeremy. "You might get three of us next time instead of just me though. I think even my sister had enough of our family by the end of the trip." He told him.
Jade smiled, his boyfriend at disney his surprised he came back at all. "What did your parents have to do to get you to leave disney land. What did they bribe you with?" He teased lightly with a smile on his face. Jade laughed when he saw the chipmunk key ring that Jeremy produced, "Yeah okay, you know you have a fetish for twins right." Jade said to him. "Identical twins for that matter." Jade added. "Not that I am complaining but I think Alex might." He said brightly. "We should get going before Julia remembers she doesn't really like me that much." Jade said to him.

"I feel bad for your cousin, I'd be fighting to get out as quickly as possible!" Jeremy mused. "Your brother and sister are welcomed too, I just won't say anything to my folks. Make it a nice surprise for them." It was an evil idea but at the same time it was saving people from unnecessary evil.
Jeremy smiled softly and caressed Jade's cheek. "They didn't have to do anything, I remembered I had someone special back here and we had too much time apart as it was." He grinned at Jade's comment. "I only have my heart set on one twin, not both." He mussed Jade's hair.
"You're right, I expect to see her flying down here on a broomstick soon, along with the flying monkeys!"

Jade could only really nodded his agreement to that statement, though he knew that it wasn't that easy. To get out of there family you had to earn disownment from it by the current head of the family. That title fell to his grandfather eventually it would fall to him. "You know what kind of people my family are Jere, you don't walk out of the family they walk out on you." Jade said to him. He knew that he had come close to this once when he had outed himself to his family.
"Um that sounds very nice to hear from you." Jade said to him as he raised his hand to stroke the other boys cheek. "Very nice indeed, I've missed you a lot, but it seems that our family commitments pulled us away for some of our summer." Jade said to him though he couldn't think of one good reason to go back to Ireland, he would give his lifestyle up for Jade. "Thats good to know, I would hate to have to kill my brother for touching you in that way or even looking at you in that way." Jade said with a bright smile.
"Gree with envy, I never thought of it that way before... my boyfriends sister wishes to be in her brothers shoes." Jade said happily. "You want to drive?" He asked.

"Yeah I know, do they even know this is the 21st century?" It seemed like Jade's family could be so dark about things, exception given to Jade and his brother. "There are times when your grandfather makes Ebeneezer Scrooge look like Mister Rogers." Sure some exaggeration there but it wasn't far from the truth.
"Next vacation though, I'm stealing you from your family. I'm giving you fair warning right now!" Jere grinned. "Rumor has it that its a ski vacation in Aspen over Christmas!" Sure it was a bit early to think about Christmas but it would roll around very soon. "You might want to think twice about killing your brother, that would leave you and your sister as the only siblings."
"You trust me driving? Especially your car?" Jeremy act surprised. "I'll treat it as if it were my own."

Jade laughed at this, "Irish catholic and I am not talking about American Irish Catholic. I am talking about Dublin born and bread, yeah I think most of my family still think the earth is flat and that evolution is just a really bad joke." Jade said to him with a shake of his head and then laughed. "MacKenzie has it very bad because unlike me he lives on the family estates I don't. I don't answer to my grandfather directly more than twice a year anyway." Jade said to him with a shake of his head.
"Aspen skiing or Australia surfing thats one hell of a choice to make. Well until you take into account that one is with my neurotic family and the other is with my gorgeous boyfriend. Then it becomes a no brainer its my gorgeous boyfriend every time." Jade said to him with a smile on his face. "I can maime him though right, he can work with one leg or one arm or even one eye." Jade said playfully.
"I am letting my baby drive my baby, I know they will be kind to each other. Neither wants to have a falling out with me, old bessie here is a lovely lady after all." Jade said to him with a smile. "If you make comments about my naming my car, I am armed and I know how to use these hands to tickle you senseless." Jade pointed out.

"And you don't dare mention potato famine around them." Jeremy knew the family, maybe a bit more than he wanted. "I think we should just kidnap your cousin and keep him here. He might be safer!" Sure colleges might frown on it but it meant the sanity of another human being.
"Ok I'll allow a maiming but nothing more." Jeremy said this as if it were royal documentation. "The best part of vacation with my family, we'd get our own room and my sis, well, she'd be staying in the parents' room." He shook his head. "Sad really, they wouldn't get any sleep with her in the room!"
Jeremy folded his hands over his sides, the major tickle spot. "I promise won't laugh about naming the car." After all guys seemed to name inanimate objects all the time. "Let me have the keys and we'll go."

Jade snorted as he looked at Jeremy, "Come on seriously dude, thats like suicide with my grandfather. Anything that shows the high echelons of Ireland's hierachy in a bad light he frowns upon. Bad guiness is a touchy subject with him. When he came here, my dad took him to a local bar and he got barred from the bar. When he asked what rat's piss had the bar owner switched the guiness with." Jade said to him with a chuckle. "It was quite funny to hear that story from my mother, who was there when my grandmother was yelling at him." Jade said to him.
"I can't see your parents agreeing to us sharing a room, much less a bed. You do realise that we are still under age, and even if I have booked us into numerous hotels. That is not the same as being holliday as your parents." Jade said to him with a smile on his face.
Jade fished his keys out of his pocket handing them to Jeremy, sharing everything with the man he loved was easy for him except when it came to his car. That was still like a possesive possession, this was a pretty big deal for him as he handed them over though he didn't seem to have any panic in his heart or head for that matter.
"I know we said yes to bowling, but if you want to do something else that would be cool." Jade said to him. "We could just drive around." He said. "Fine I'm scared your going to beat the hell out of me at bowling." he said to him.
