Sandra Louise Meyers!
Sandy is joining us from New York City. this 14 year old is going to celebrate his/her next birthday on Feb. 14th. she's usually very warm, friendly, quiet and is really quite good at needlepoint and dancing. their problem is with trusting strangers. tsk tsk. welcome to go your own way, hun.
full name: Sandra Louise Meyers
celeb face: Molly Burnett
member group: McKinley Student
age: 14
likes: Disney, dancing, needlepoint, reading, teasing her brother
dislikes: spiders, the dark, feeling over shadowed by Greg, dance shoes too tight, guys too into themselves
personality:Sandy is the younger sister of Greg Meyers. Their personalities are close but she is more reserved than what Greg is. She is cautious around people she doesn't know but once she trusts them she opens up like a flower. She is able to sing but much prefers to dance, with tap and jazz being her favorites. She's still at that age when she's trying to find her niche in the school. She loves to read mysteries especially the Diane Mott Davidson 'Goldy Bear Catering' series. She has a collection of Disney merchandise, mostly from 'The Lion King' which is her favorite movie (and stage musical!). When she isn't reading or finding more Disney items, she does needlepoint and counted cross-stitch. Her fear of spiders stems back to a childhood trauma when some boy in her first grade class showed her a pop-up book that had a real looking tarantula jump up. Her favorite food is white pizza which has shrimp, crab and lobster with white sauce.
history:Sandy arrived on Feb 14, 1997, with no major problems which was unusual for New York. The story goes that Mom went into labor around 10am on that day and by 2:45pm Sandy was born. From an early age the arts were a major building block in the Meyers' household. Besides singing in the opera, the folks took Greg and Sandy to theater, museums, and the ballet, which Sandy fell in love with at age 2. After seeing 'The Nutcracker' Sandy would pirouette around the house, and try to copy what she saw both on stage and television. Greg wouldn't admit this but when he and Sandy were little, they'd do little plays for their parents, Greg would sing while Sandy danced. As she got older, she started to take an interest in tap dancing although ballet never took a backseat to it. During one class, one girl was talking auditioning for the show 'Annie', that made Sandy perk right up! She begged her Mom and Dad to let her audition, at least this one time. Seeing it as a learning experience, they allowed her to. The audition was tough but she prevailed as the true Annie! From what the director had noted, she wasn't "staged" and gave a true heart audition. Her biggest fan for all this? Greg. Now she's a fine young woman, still dancing and now entering the terrifying world of high school.

hello! my name is Les! and i'm excited to be here. i've been roleplaying for about ten years now. other characters on this site that belong to me are Greg Meyers. my time zone is Mountain. and that's all you need to know about me! oh, and this is what an average post for me looks like:
Sandy browsed the posters at the mall store. She stopped on one of Taylor Lauter shirtless, she sighed. 'He is going to be my husband...someday.' She thought to herself slightly bemused with the idea. That idea was soon squelched when she thought 'wait when I'm 18 he'll be 23!! He'll be old!!!' She sadly turned the rack to the next poster which was very kiddish but still a favorite, a pink castle with all the Disney Princesses on it. She smiled looking it over, as she spotted the number for it in the lower wire rack. She pulled out the tube and started up toward the cashier, she stopped though when something caught her eye.
It was a blue beanie to resemble Cookie Monster, complete with googgly eyes. She picked it up and put it on. She couldn't help but to giggle looking at herself. She asked out loud and to no one in particular, "What do you think? Is it me?"
